The short version: we only hold what you send us, we use it to reply and to do the work, and we don’t share it.
Who we are
Pablo & Dave is a marketing consultancy run as a partnership in the UK. For anything about your data, email hello@pabloanddave.com.
What we collect
Only what you send us. If you email us, we have your name, your email address and whatever you tell us. If we work together, we also keep the contact and billing details we need to do the work and invoice for it.
What we use it for
To reply to you and, if we work together, to run that work and meet our legal and tax obligations. We don’t sell your details, share them for marketing or add you to a mailing list.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that don’t lead anywhere are deleted after 12 months. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires, usually six years for financial records.
Cookies and analytics
This site doesn’t use advertising or tracking cookies. We count visits with a privacy-friendly tool that doesn’t identify you or follow you around the web.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. Email hello@pabloanddave.com and we’ll reply within a month.
Complaints
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your data, please tell us first. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
